PAYMENTS
All payments are processed by Stripe secure payment, just enter your credit or debit card details, or PayPal, and the payment will be processed like any other terminal.
 
DELIVERY
Made to order- between when the order is made and when you receive your item can vary, however we endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 – 10 days. Your item will be sent by the following methods:

United States: Flat Rate per order. 2-3 days. Sent by USPS, which is a trackable service. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Rest of the World: Flat Rate per order 7-10 days. Sent by USPS, which is a trackable service. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.

If your order is to be delivered outside the United States, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. “Wool and the Forest” is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected; we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are very sorry if you are not happy with your order. It may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt providing the item is returned in an unworn and perfect condition without any smells of perfume, smoke, cooking or pets.
Refunds on postage, unfortunately, cannot be made.
Your refund will be made via Stripe or PayPal, whichever you prefer.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item please contact me at daki@woolandtheforest.com
A bill will be sent to the customer for postage to be paid before the replaced item can be dispatched.

When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post.
