Silky smooth vegetarian Chocolate Pot Creams.

Rum, vanilla, cinnamon and chilli are all good flavour add-ins for these. Go nuts!


Ingredients:

  • 100g nice quality dark chocolate

  • 100g double cream

  • 200g condensed milk

  • 400g milk

  • 3/4tsp agar-agar powder (or 1/2tsp for a softer set)


  • Melt chocolate and cream on gentle heat untill homogeneous.

  • Add milk, condensed milk and agar-agar powder. Whisk together and turn up the heat to medium.

  • Bring to just under a boil, and then immediately take off the heat.

  • Pour into molds.

  • Refrigerate to set.

  • Serve with a nice dollop of whipped cream.
