Silky smooth vegetarian Chocolate Pot Creams.
Rum, vanilla, cinnamon and chilli are all good flavour add-ins for these. Go nuts!
Ingredients:
100g nice quality dark chocolate
100g double cream
200g condensed milk
400g milk
3/4tsp agar-agar powder (or 1/2tsp for a softer set)
Melt chocolate and cream on gentle heat untill homogeneous.
Add milk, condensed milk and agar-agar powder. Whisk together and turn up the heat to medium.
Bring to just under a boil, and then immediately take off the heat.
Pour into molds.
Refrigerate to set.
Serve with a nice dollop of whipped cream.
